Our clients are in various industries, both for profit as well as non-profit. We also have experience with public entities, trust arrangements, union groups and association plans. The majority of our clients are located in Washington and Oregon, but we also have clients located throughout the United States and several foreign countries.
Our clients are represented by a team of at least one Principal and one Client Service Representative. (Additional staff is added to a client as needed.) We are structured to have a second Principal assigned as back-up to every client account in the event the producing Principal is unavailable for any reason. Servicing our clients and their employees is our First Priority. Our Client Service Representatives have extensive training in resolving insurance problems and helping to make your plans run smoothly.

Our company is compensated through commissions from insurance products and by consulting fees from clients. All commissions are determined in advance and set either by the insurance carrier or by the client. All fees are negotiated in advance with the client. All compensation will be disclosed to the client; no overrides will be accepted by a carrier for the placement of a specific client account.
Our company does not operate as a “Third Party” (TPA). We believe there needs to be a separation of administration services from brokerage service in order to maintain impartiality in selecting and recommending these services. However, we work closely with TPAs and are familiar with their service offerings and pricing.
